What I need for VS

I couldn’t believe some of the things VS didn’t do that I had grown accustomed to (error highlighting, simple templates, variable name suggestions, a real list of refactorings…). Then I remembered that JetBrains, the makers of the best IDE ever, has a product for VS called Resharper. The feature look good, just what I need, but is anyone really using it. Go to technorati and I find this post:

EZWeb guy: Jeffrey Palermo [C# MVP] : Bread and butter Resharper (demo) – level 300

Heck if I am going to pay all that money for VS what is another $200 to make me really productive. Besides it seems that buying addons for VS is par for the course in MS land. So I will download the demo soon and see how it works out…

When I get some time and after I have used it I will try to send some news on how it goes…
